How to place an order through our website ? 

1.    Browse Products

• Once on the website's homepage, browse through the available categories or use the search bar to find the specific product you're looking for.
• Click on categories or use filters to narrow down your options based on your preferences.

2.    Select the Product

• Click on the product image or title to view detailed information, including description, price, availability and available options (e.g., size, color).
• If satisfied, click on the "Add to Cart" button to proceed.

3.    Review Cart

• After adding the desired items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon or the "Cart" button to review your selections.
• Ensure that the correct items are in your cart and that the quantities and options are accurate.

4.    Proceed to Checkout

• Once you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button or icon.
• If prompted, log in to your account or register an account if you do not have an account.

5.    Enter Shipping Information

• Fill in the required fields with your shipping address, including your name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country.
• Double-check the accuracy of the information to ensure smooth delivery.

6.    Choose Shipping Method

• Select your preferred shipping method from the available options, such as standard shipping, or store pickup (only available in Penang).

7.    Select Payment Method

• Choose your preferred payment method, such as Bank Transfer or Razer Merchant Services (credit/debit card, online banking, e-wallet or other available options).
• Prior to finalizing your order, kindly ensure to peruse the terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox provided.
