Terms and Conditions

Kindly read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledge, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.


General

  • Our retail store business hours are from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
  • For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at admin@starship.com.my with your order number.
  • All transactions (emails & payment verifications) will be attended within 1-3 working days.

Purchase

  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Starship Clothing will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned. 
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  • We only accept Payment via Razer Merchant Services Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer. For more information on payment, please refer to HERE
  • Starship Clothing reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:    

            i) Product ordered is no longer available in stock.

            ii) Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.

            iii) We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

  • Please note, once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.

Pre Order

  • Pre orders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
  • We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled pre orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled pre orders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit with no expiry will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any cash refunds. 
  • If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), we will ship together once preorder item(s) arrived.
  • Do kindly refer to the item link for preorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

Discount codes/ Vouchers

  • If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid.
  • Discount is applied at checkout when voucher code is manually entered
  • Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
  • Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  • Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, additional discounts may not be applied.
  • Once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.
  • Before checkout, please check that you've used the appropriate discount code before placing your order.

Shipping

  • Ready Stock shall be received in 1-3 working days (West Malaysia); 3-5 working days (East Malaysia) after we verified your payment.
  • Pre Order shall be received in 7-18 working days after we verified your payment.
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on quantity.
  • Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
  • Your parcels are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied.

Measurements / Representation of items

  • Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
  • For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
  • Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
  • For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
  • Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

Returns & Exchange

  • Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s) such as faulty zip, holes, and obvious stains, otherwise it will not be accepted for return.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include accessories, lingerie products, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.
  • All item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. 

Store Credit

  • Store credits are issued by Starship Clothing and can be used on any purchase.
  • To redeem your credits, please enter the coupon code given during check out. You invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
  • Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extensible.
  • All unutilized credit expires within the given timeframe up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
