Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By accessing and placing an order with Starship Clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

General

Our retail stores operate daily, including weekends and public holidays.

For enquiries, please contact admin@starship.com.my with your order number.
All enquiries and payment verifications are attended to within 1–3 working days.

Orders

All orders are final once confirmed and paid.

Please ensure all order details are accurate before checkout. We are unable to amend or cancel orders once confirmed.

Items in cart are not reserved and are only secured upon successful payment.

We reserve the right to decline any order due to:

• Unavailable stock
• Incomplete payment within 24 hours
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Payment

Payments are accepted via secure payment gateway and bank transfer.

All payments must be completed within 24 hours, failing which the order will be automatically cancelled.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items are available for selected designs within a limited timeframe.

Estimated processing time: 7–18 working days after payment verification.

Delays may occur. In such cases, refunds will be issued in store credit only.

Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery timelines begin after payment verification.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

For international orders, any duties or taxes are borne by the customer.

Once dispatched, we are not liable for loss or damage where proof of shipment is provided.

Product Information

Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm.

Colour and print placement may differ due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric cutting.

Minor imperfections that do not affect wearability are not considered defects.

Returns

All items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except for incorrect or defective items.

Requests must be made within:

• 5 working days (Local)
• 10 working days (International)

Items must be returned in original condition.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for up to 12 months.

Promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after.

Only one promotion may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Liability

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect information provided by customers
• Courier delays
• Loss or damage after dispatch with proof

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
