By accessing and placing an order with Starship Clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

General

Our retail stores operate daily, including weekends and public holidays.

For any enquiries, kindly contact us at admin@starship.com.my with your order number for faster assistance.

All emails, order enquiries, and payment verifications will be attended to within 1–3 working days.

Orders & Purchases

All orders are considered final once confirmed and successfully paid.

Please ensure all order details (item, size, colour, and delivery information) are correct before checkout. We are unable to amend orders once they have been confirmed.

Items added to cart are not reserved and availability is only secured upon successful payment.

Starship Clothing reserves the right to accept or reject any order without prior notice in the event of:

• Item is out of stock
• Payment is not completed within 24 hours
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

Payment

We accept payments via Razer Merchant Services (Credit/Debit Card, FPX Online Banking, eWallets) and Bank Transfer.

All payments must be completed within 24 hours of order placement or invoice issuance. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items are available for selected designs and within a limited timeframe.

Estimated processing time is 7–18 working days after payment verification. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delay or production constraints.

In the event of significant delays or cancellations, refunds will not be issued in cash. Instead, store credit will be provided.

Orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

Updates on pre-order items will be reflected on the product page. No separate notifications will be sent unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery timelines begin after payment has been verified.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Once parcels have been handed over to the courier, Starship Clothing is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit where proof of shipment has been provided.

Product Information

All measurements are approximate and may vary by 1–3 cm due to mass production. This will not be considered a defect.

Colour may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and device screen settings.

Print placement may differ between pieces due to fabric cutting.

Minor imperfections such as loose threads or small marks that do not affect overall appearance or wearability will not be considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless you receive:

• Incorrect item(s)
• Defective item(s) (e.g. broken zip, major hole, obvious stain)

Return requests must be submitted within:

• 5 working days (Malaysia)
• 10 working days (International)

Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Store credit is:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Non-extendable

Store credit is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Promotions & Discount Codes

All discount codes must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be subject to expiry dates.

Liability

Starship Clothing is not liable for:

• Incorrect information provided by customers
• Delays caused by courier services or customs clearance
• Loss or damage after parcel dispatch with proof of shipment provided

Amendments

Starship Clothing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
